Unlock BB Hood and Mega Man as playable characters and image gallery:
Finish the entire game with any character on any difficulty level.
Go to the character selection screen and hold right or left to select
Mega Man or B.B Hood.
Change Cammy's outfit:
Highlight Cammy at the character selection menu and push Down or Up.
