At the start screen press:

If the code is accepted, you sholud hear somebody to say "FISH".

15 pound fish:
Play through the game in arcade mode, after go to practice mode select
the lake Cave cast stright into the cave. When hear the "Big one comming"
message, you can catch a big one.

Get new Boat and outfits:
Reach the last tournament in normal mode.

Unlock Falls level in Arcade mode:
Play in Consumer mode and win the last two tournaments

Unlock the Palace level in Arcade mode:
Play in Consumer mode and win the first two tournaments

2 Bonus Practice Levels:
Finish the game once in arcade mode

Change the color of lure:
While plaiyng in Consumer Mode press Up or Down

Sonic lure:
Play in Consumer mode and win all 5 tournaments.

Female character:
At the arcade mode level selection screen press A + B.
