Go to main menu and choose the "Cheats" option, enter any

Code Collection screen.
All tracks and bosses available: Enter WACKYGIVEAWAY
All cars available: Enter WACKYSPOILERS
All cars abilities: Enter BARGAINBASEMENT
Hard mode: Enter "CRACKEDNAILS"
